"Then he said to me, 'This is what the LORD says to Zerubbabel: It is not by force nor by strength, but by my Spirit, says the LORD of Heaven’s Armies.'”Zechariah 4:6 (NLT)
"Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”Romans 12:21 (NET Bible)
"For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds.”—2 Corinthians 10:4 (NKJV)
Dwelling on evil, sickness, pain, poverty, old age, human faults, or any discords keeps us ever into bondage to them and blocks healing. The path of forgiveness and love opens the door for healing, joy and peace. The healing must take place in OUR mind. When we are praying for some person or situation we are not thinking of changing people individually or correcting the affairs of the larger world. Instead, we are dwelling “in the secret place of the Most High God” and abiding “under the shadow of the Almighty” (see Psalm 91:1) It’s all about opening OUR own hearts to receive healing. As we experience a consciousness of oneness with all others, regardless of their outward appearance, mistakes, or beliefs, we become true healers. All of the efforts of those who work hard for much needed reforms in the world are indeed necessary and salutary. However, there are yet much deeper levels of healing to take place in human consciousness to bring true and lasting unity of heart among people of every variety on planet earth. In reality we are all ONE in our divine Source but we do not yet see this. At some point this awakening will come in our eternal journey but how all this will occur is definitely not revealed now. In the meantime we need to be open to all revelations that come from God to see beyond the outward appearances to eternal realities that are beyond the five physical senses (see 1 Corinthians 13:12; 2 Corinthians 4:18; 1 John 3:1-3).
